How does the recipient redeem their gift?

They receive an email with a unique redemption link. One click opens their Lumen wallet — no account required to start.

Do gift cards expire?

No. Balances stay active indefinitely, in line with consumer protection rules in most regions.

Can I cancel or refund a card?

Unredeemed cards can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. After redemption, balances belong to the recipient.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet — the web experience works beautifully on phones, and a native app is on the roadmap for late 2026.
